Bighorn Physical Therapy likes to stay engaged with our Central MT community! We look forward to conducting outreach and providing educational materials about various different topics. I've been an avid runner for the past 50 years. Last winter I messed up my knee and could not walk, let alone run. I recently had my knee replaced. It was the very first surgery I’d ever had. I didn’t know what to expect. I started my physical therapy at Big Horn Physical Therapy and was so pleased with the care I was given. The therapy was very thorough and I recovered just as my surgeon expected, but more importantly, I was impressed with the compassion and encouragement that Josie and Lance gave me. I didn’t get discouraged (even tho therapy can get uncomfortable). They motivated me to keep on task while at home between appointments. I’m very grateful for their kind, empathetic and motivational care and....I’ll be back when I have the other knee done!
